Dawn has over twenty years’ administration experience within the Higher Education sector. She provided efficient and accurate project and programme support within the Learning Delivery and Operations teams of a Postgraduate University, to enable high quality delivery of a suite of executive general management development programmes. This background provides her with a strong foundation to support the Practice. She has excellent planning, organisational and administrative skills with close attention to detail. Her experience details client relationship management, event management and office management.
She is dedicated to client service excellence and prides herself on providing exceptional service to clients. She has an analytical and logical approach, excellent attention to detail and strong organisation skills.

Outside of work, Dawn enjoys spending time with family and friends and attending regular fitness/gym classes.
Sarah is a focused and enthusiastic member of the team with over 30 years' of Banking experience with Natwest and RBS banks.
Having worked within the financial services industry since 1987 she has developed excellent levels of customer service, attention to detail, communication and interpersonal skills.
Sarah looks forward to being the point of contact for John and Charlotte’s clients. She will be able to help with any queries, paperwork and will arrange review and follow up meetings and appointments for clients.
Sarah is a great believer in getting things right first time, on time, every time.
Sarah enjoys walking her dog, travelling and spending time catching up with friends. She also runs her local Village Hall and enjoys being part of her local community.
